Do I have to make all of my purchases from the vendors in the group?
Where you choose to purchase is always your decision. As overall purchases grow with vendors, our position as a group becomes stronger.
What rebate levels will be offered?
Rebate levels will depend entirely on the individual vendor. Some will provide a rebate and some (fleet vehicle vendors) will not. Some will vary their rebate on particular products to promote that product for a given time. Rebate levels will be clearly defined for each vendor on the website.
How can I track my rebates?
Members can log into the SAI website and review their rebate levels by individual vendor at any time.
What can I do with my rebates?
Rebates can be used at any time to pay for goods and services offered by the following companies: Business Development Resources, Opportunity Interactive, 2nd Man Tools. Checks back to you for rebate amounts can be issued at the end of the 1st and 3rd quarters of every year.
Can my employees use my membership for personal purchases?
It is entirely up to you who you allow to purchase through the program. Some vendors may have restriction regarding this (fleet vehicles).
What if some of the vendors are not available in my area of operations?
Not all vendors are nationwide. If you have a regional or national vendor you would like to add, simply request it through the website and every effort will be made to do so.
When I decide to purchase from a vendor, how do I make sure I am receiving the SAI Buying Group benefit?
Member buying instructions for each vendor are available at the SAI website
Are purchases with individual vendors processed through SAI?
No. All business transactions are between the individual member and vendor.
